We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is:

- In its original packaging, including any tags, seals, and accessories.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip).
Certain items may be exempt from our return policy, including but not limited to:

- Gift cards and vouchers

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@diamondzenith.com or call us at 315-329-8522. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Late Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are received after 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns received outside of the 30-day window may be rejected or only eligible for store credit at our discretion.
